cooling tea helpful staff complimentary nespresso noisy room late night noise
i received a wonderful welcome with cooling tea. i appreciated the complimentary nespresso, tea, snacks and minibar, just what i needed after my travel. (it was really thoughtful). nadya at the front desk helped me with my request for a nearby salon. she was very helpful throughout my stay.
i requested a quiet room. i was woken up at 1:30 am by sounds of rubbish being transported on trolleys directly outside my room. luckily, there was a room available for a swap, but i wasn't able to resume sleep until 3:30 am.

charming stay in a unique setting
refreshing tea convenient location complimentary snacks sister hotel's pool
the staff welcomed me with refreshing tea. the location proved convenient, close to the mrt station. i found a nespresso machine, tea, snacks and a minibar in my room, all complimentary. i made use of the nearby sister hotel's pool, a real bonus.
My room faced a wall. It was not a great view. the soundproofing could have been better, as noises from the corridor were noticeable.

the staff provided friendly efficient service. the nespresso machine in my room was convenient. the hotel's proximity to the mrt station and surrounding cafes was a definite plus.
my room felt slightly small for an extended stay.
